Message appended on July 21, 2011 01:15AM wala pa akong plano jan pero pag kaya naman, don na ako sa in-house hassle free pag thru inhouse financing kasi ang loan ng buyer is sa developer mismo pero mas mataas ang interest rate nila but reasonable. | mas okay ang in-house financing kaso nga lang napakalaki ng interest, samin kasi 18% interest but still hindi mahigpit pag in-house, kung mag-papag-ibig kanaman ang dami pang process, yun nga lang mas mababa ang interest.. |

Mas safe pa din to avail a housing thru in in house financing.... or pwde din pag-ibig financing kung gusto mo ng long term payment. Hi Urbanliving, tama ka jan mas madali mag-approve ang inhouse financing compare to pagibig housing loan.... View message logs murangbahaylupa: appended post on July 22, 2011 08:02AM |

| Depende sa budget ng clientele but if you have in-depth study between In-house against PagIbig financing halus parehas 'din suma-total on the long run kaya para sa akin, Bank financing na lang ang gagamitin ko na pag-acquire ng property. |

| mas maganda yung bank finance kesa pag ibig and in house.. kasi mura ang rate.. Tama po kayo dahil ang bank rate ay nasa 10.5-11% where as sa in-house ay ranges from 16-24% marami lang kasing papeles ang kailangan sa pag-acquire ng bank financing. |

Joms, mababa nga ang rate ng bank financing pero di yan nakafix ang interest rate nila habang tumatagal may chances na mas tumaas ang rate nila. pero if you want a safer payment scheme pwde na sa inhouse less pa ang documents na hahanapin ng developer as compare to bank loan. Yes, tama naman po yan. Check the developer's background and their previous and ongoing projects para makasiguro kayo check their records in HLURB to know their credibility. And always look for the License to sell # of the project that you might want to consider then verify it. Be wise in investing! WHY?? it is 100% guranteed!!! 100% safe!! with buy back pa pag hindi mo na kyang byaran.. then ipu pull out ung loan mo at ibbigay sa ibang borrower. at pwede mo pang ipa assume balance sa mga ex. relatives, friends, or pede mo rin i post d2 sa sulit.. at maibabalik pa sau yung mga nabayad mo at mga napagawa mo sa bahay. ( internal arrangements nalang) but of course dont forget to execute following documents such as DOAS,CTS, and SPA pra safe ang both parties.. thanks for reading.. kindly check my post... thanks ka sulit!!! |
