Narito po ang inyong makukuha: One (1) 11 Sulit Smiles shirt One (1) Breakfast One (1) Certificate Wala na pong kailangan bayaran pagkatapos mag- deposito ng P500. You, your wife, and daughter will all be entitled to one (1) shirt each. Each P500 donation will entitle each registrant one (1) shirt. But please remember that each participant must accomplish the registration form individually. In your case, since you are registering for 3 participants, you will have to accomplish the registration form for 3 times. It's great to know that you are planning to bring your family with you! :) This will be a perfect way for you to bond and enjoy the company of the Sulit Community. We are hoping to see you there! Thank you so much!
