Opo, maaari pong ang inyong anak na lamang ang mag- deposito ng donasyon at kumuha ng t- shirt. Ang P500 po ay magsisilbing 'registration' para sa fun run. Narito po ang inyong makukuha: - One (1) 11 Sulit Smiles shirt
- One (1) Breakfast
- One (1) Certificate
Wala na pong kailangan bayaran pagkatapos mag- deposito ng P500. Pero maaari rin pong mag- alay ng donasyon na higit sa P500 kung nais po ninyo. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagtangkilik. View message logs

Yes! You, your wife, and daughter will all be entitled to one (1) shirt each. Each P500 donation will entitle each registrant one (1) shirt. But please remember that each participant must accomplish the registration form individually. In your case, since you are registering for 3 participants, you will have to accomplish the registration form for 3 times. It's great to know that you are planning to bring your family with you! :) This will be a perfect way for you to bond and enjoy the company of the Sulit Community. We are hoping to see you there! Thank you so much! |
