Noynoy is doing it right and a few men who are trying to help him like the new customs chief.

Among those you will hit when you do clean up customs are those misdeclaring importers like most of the Chinese businessmen in Divisioria among others. The employees of BoC will be a tough bunch to clean up. The tendency of unscrupulous businessman to bribe officials to allow their goods...misdeclared or not....with even lower tariffs is just too great a temptation.

Hanga ako kung kahit BoC lang ang malinis ni Noynoy sa buong term niya....the entire BoC not just the entry ports in Manila. I mean clean for the next 20 years to come. That alone is laudable achievement. There's far too much money to be made in customs that people will find a wa to corrupt and be corrupted. A corrupt official isn't the lone problem. A citizen willing to oblige the corrupt official is an even bigger part of the problem.

But what do I know, eh.

I know they do that. I have a few friend in COA. They're sent all over the country....without notice to the ones their auditing.

I can do costing for a bridge and build it.

If COA is already doing that sort of auditing, then, they should double their effort. Pero in the professional and very skilled and trained accountants at civil engineers, walang lusot 'yan.

He's busy with his man-crush on Corona.

First of all....if Corona resigned...then it would be an admission of guilt. Now that Corona chose to have to go through an impeachment proceeding then it is his right. The right to be pressumed innocent unless proven guilty. The same right that is also handed over to you should you be in such a position. In this manner he is contesting the prosecutions allegations that he is guilty of a crime, administrative or criminal. Secondly this is a good way to see the mettle of Aquino's leadership. Although he is the countrys president he has yet to prove to a vast majority his capability to lead. But yes......all of these are politically motivated including the filing of the impeachment. It cannot be argued that although Corona was appointed by GMA in the last minute, she was still within her bounds to do so. If she wasn't then the SC would have done something about it themselves. After all....they are supposed to be the court of last resort.

Also......it is not what you know but what you can prove in the court of law. Anong alam ng madla? Kung ano ang inilabas na ebidensia ng prosecution sa kanila....eh nagkaroon pa nga ng issue about the authenticity of the documents. So if ikaw yung may kaso....kasi may documents na ganun...di mo na lalabanan eh kasi meron documents nga sila? Napa simplistic na pagiisip naman.

Of course he has the rights. Only in the Philippines. He will render his resignation. It's a waste of  taxpayers' money. Only my opinion sa Corona case.

I'll give you a chance to deliberate further on this point of yours. Because I believe it is not how you meant it to be. But if it is then it's one of the most half-a$$ed thing I've ever heard. Just because you were in the headlines thus you are or must be guilty? The ruling done by the SC discoursing a TRO in favor of GMA was an enbanc decision. Because he is CJ doesn't mean he can dictate the decisions of the rest of the SC. Influence is another matter and I don't believe that the SC would be that simple to influence. That's why the SC was not touched even by Marcos because he knows that there was a need for an image of stability in dispensing justice. Who put him on the headline? Media and Noynoy. It was Noynoys pettiness that led to this. There were other ways to try GMA without resorting to the same manipulations as his predecessor employed. By doing so he has proven nothing but that he is just like GMA, even worse than. He has allocatted the full machinery of government to find a way to damamge Corona. BIR, BL, BSP, DOJ etc...etc....do you believe that many of these departments have better things to do? And the prosecution....egads! Who's the next witness? An MMDA officer who let CJ park his car in the towing zone?

Simple. He should resign from his post. Kasi alam naman ng buong madla na tainted yung appointment niya in the first place. Kung may delikadesa si Corona, he should resign. Para hindi na aabot sa congress ang impeachment na kasama ang mga clowns doon sa congress and a complete waste of time.

Now, kung gusto ni Corona ( as a public official, not a Supreme Justice) to clear up his name, dapat sa Ombudsman or sa Sandiganbayan ang proper venue at mabigyan siya ng due process. Hindi sa kongreso. And let those clowns in congress do their job.

- Ha? LoL. So how did you arrive at the fact that his appointment was tainted? Because he was appointed close to the end of GMA's term? Even that appointment was proven legal. So where is the tainting? Because we must assume and follow the madla? What is this a government by consensus?

Now, kung gusto ni Corona ( as a public official, not a Supreme Justice) to clear up his name, dapat sa Ombudsman or sa Sandiganbayan ang proper venue at mabigyan siya ng due process. Hindi sa kongreso. And let those clowns in congress do their job.

He didn't ask for the impeachment. It was Aquino who urged Belmonte to mastermind the declaration.

I'm pressuming that you forgot....but I'll have to remind you that an appointment to the SC is lifetime.

Why should he resign just because he was appointed by GMA?

Just had an "argument" with a yellow zombie. It wasn't much of an argument, really. Not even much of a conversation. All I see from her replies are "p***** ina mo,mamatay ka na GMA LOVER!!!" and all other very very rude insults. I tried to explain my side but I bet she didn't even read it and just went on to spill more bullcrap.

This is how ignorant those brain washed PNOY LOVERS are. I mean,I didn't even approve of Gloria's presidency...

Waah, ano to, telenobela?! May bida at may kontra bida? hehehe..

Only in the Philippines.I know it's in our constitution. But the sad part of it kung bulok at corrupt ang naging appointee, eh di, habang buhay magdusa ang Pinas dahil sa taong iyan. Saan yung Accountability nila bilang public officials?

So, the best thing for him to do is to resign his post. If he wants to clear up his name, he should go to the Ombudsman or Sandiganbayan. Hindi sa Tongreso.

Ang usapan impeachment. Malayo ka na sa logic. Character iyan. Mas grabe ang dispute sa ganyan.

Wala talagang pagbabago ang govt ng Pinas. Kahit kailan puro greediness ang umiiral. Bakit it seems to take forever ang paglilitis? Come what may? PAKAPALAN NG MUKHA! Wala kang makikitang nagtataglay ng SELF RESPECT! I admired Cory Aquino who voluntarily resigned not just for fear from others' terrorizm and her ill health but to keep peace in her country. Pero for decades walang nakaresolved ng poverty and crime because of sefl- interest, self-centred, greediness, no self respect and dishonesty. Kaya look around you; people living under bridges and along the rivers in Manila... tumatai sa river! Until now remote places have no schools, proper housing, supply of water and lighting.

Did she hold any other post after her presidency?

Self Centered Greediness......What do you think this impeachment is also for? Corona is also poised to rule on the Hacienda Luisita case in favor of the farmers. That is one reason Pnoy is very much adamant about impeaching Corona. That is also self centered and greedy. So was his mother Cory, unwittingly or otherwise. Cory put the Philippines in more debt....Cory's family and friends...the so called kamaganak incorporated took more than in 6 years than the Marcos ever did in 20 years. It was during Cory that our national debt doubled.

- Ha?

Only in the Philippines.I know it's in our constitution. But the sad part of it kung bulok at corrupt ang naging appointee, eh di, habang buhay magdusa ang Pinas dahil sa taong iyan. Saan yung Accountability nila bilang public officials?

So, the best thing for him to do is to resign his post. If he wants to clear up his name, he should go to the Ombudsman or Sandiganbayan.

If you were Corona.....you'll do the same I'm sure.

Ang usapan impeachment. Malayo ka na sa logic. Character iyan.

Now, going back to Corona, If I were him, I would resign from my post at harapin ko yung kung anumang kaso na ihabhabla nila sa akin via the Ombudsman or the Sandiganbayan.

Then, we can do some maths.
