For branches which has Automated Payment Terminals- Select Bills Payment, under Bills Payment select Other Merchants.

- Get the queue ticket from the terminal once done.
For branches which accept Manual Bills Payment- Secure a deposit/payment Slip.
- On the deposit/payment slip, write the amount, merchant’s name and reference no.

Cancel your current payment entry and submit another one.
Transaction reference numbers are unique for every individual transaction so I will not be able to just give you one. You have to re-submit your entry, but 1st cancel the current one. Thanks! View message logs
