the mind and flesh should be constantly willing to do business at the same time. set aside all sorts of luxury and temptations if you entered this devotion

Think positive, wag mainit ulo baka masira negosyo. from my tatay.

"Know how to speak english." medyo broad pero yan lagi kong naririnig sa mga professors and relatives ko.

sweet naman.. namimiss ko tuloy lolo tatay ko..
advice sakin nun dati, pagkagraduate ko daw dapat pirma ko pa lang may kita na=)

And the best one for me. Given by my bro-in-law.  Medyo redundant, but made perfect sense at the time.
"Wag kang matakot.  If they sue you, fight them, if they compete against you, fight harder, and when they make a mistake, sue them."
 

wag susuko... from my mentor ba... hehehe...

sa business na ito.. dapat itapak mo dalawa mong paa mo... para magsucceed ka..

The Best Business Advice I had were from Donald Trump

Here are some of them that I remember.

1. Be Thorough - Know everything you can about what you are doing. Never count on happenstands where you would say maybe this works maybe it's not.
2. Stay Focused.
3. Get a momentum and keep your momentum going. Focus and momentum has to go together,  
   because the moment you lose focus you will also be losing your momentum.
4. See opportunity as opportunity right there.
5. Never give up!
