TheJury Supreme Sulitizen 1369 posts | Inimbento ko lang, not sure kung mayroon na talaga nito pero trinay ko lang kasi feeling ko masarap and to my surprise, it's really good and my wife loved it. Parang nag crace lang ako bigla sa green pepper and wanted to eat something that include it.
Ingredients:
Pork White onions Onion leaves Garlic Green pepper Cooking oil Pepper (Powder and crushed) Tomato sauce Sugar Salt Soy Sauce
Preparation:
- Marinate pork in soy sauce with a little vinegar, salt and pepper
Sauce: -Pre heat pan tapos ginisa ko yung sibuyas bawang at green pepper -Add tomato sauce -remove from heat -Lagyan ng asin at paminta
-i-prito ang pork then remove from heat -top with mixed chopped white onions and onion leaves -ilagay and sauce
The following day, trinay ko naman sa tortang talong dahil nag crave ulit ako sa green pepper. Same step but this time i used oyster sauce. Masarap din naman kinalabasan. |
