May goverment official bang tapat sa kanyang SALN? Philippines

Siguro meron yung isang Congressman na x-NPA na wala halos ari-arian.

All of them in the impeachment court from Enrile down to that worm named Tupas surely don't have their SALN's in order.

Si Flavier.....I don't think he has the capacity to be corrupt. Parang easy-going lang. But you never know.

Surely yung mga nasa prosecution side squeeky clean otherwise di sila nag file ng impeachment complaint which includes non/mis-filing of SALN.

Di din yan sila corrupt. Kasi against sila sa corruption.

I'm sure that they also obey all the laws...not bending to nepotism and influences.

I'm sure a person who looks as trustworthy as Tupas and Quimbo can say for sure that all their affairs are in order. That if after the impeachment and someone else tries to investigate them that they will not have the same kind of discrepancies as with Corona.

Wala kaya pag iimbestigahan lahat sila lalabas din lahat ang hindi pagkakaparehas sa kanilang ari arian at SALN from Pinakamataas to congressman.. Napag-isahan lang si Corona kasi number 1 na kalaban ni Noynoy hehe. 

siguro ang mga baguhan - pero the problem nga is that once you get swallowed up by the system you end up doing the same kahit in a small way lang. 

depende din kung anong government agency yun.. kahit hindi naman official, hindi director hindi admin, kahit clerk lang maari ng maging hindi tapat sa SALN just like the Clerk from Bureau of Customs -- monthly salary P10k less GSIS, tax, Phealth, etc ending around P8k o n l y.... but was able to get a porsche! that's the only thing we know about that person hindi natin alam kung ano ang lifestyle niya kung may mga properties pa siya or pent house unit hehe

mali naman ksi yan impeachment issues eh. Yun mga points nila, talagang ignorante at pangangaya sa kanilang gustong alisin sa puesto. Hindi rin ganong kahigpit yan SALN dahil sa batas, meron "60 days grace period after the person is formally notified" na binibigay sa mga ngakamali o meron di tugma na items para ituwid o reconcile yun amounts.

Tapos, hindi tinuturi na high crime yan SALN, kahit na iginigiit ng mga Senator Judges dahil wala sa batas yun.

Nagkamali pa yun ilang Senator Judges na umanta mas magaling pa sila sa Korte Suprema ksi, yun sumusunod sa impeachment trial ay alam na yun huling nangyari eto ay nagwalk out at pumalpak ang mga senador sa kanilang tungkulin. Malinaw na dapat apolitical yun mga judges pero ganun nga, hindi mo maaalis na politiko sila at mahilig sa sweet talk o bomba para takutin o madaliin yun testigo.

Anyone who watches Law and Order or LA Law or any TV program or movie that approximates real life dramas cannot help but see the complete disregard of the law of the prosecutors and the few senator judges that favors impeachment. The Senator Judges are neither above the Law and despite the reiteration by both presiding officer and the defense, they help create the wrong / invalid impression that the Chief Justice is sole ruler and judge of the Supreme Court.

I know the flaviers. They also benefitted from his stint as senator. Not him totally but his family.

madaming problema actually sa bureau na yun.. hindi lang lahat naibabalita. may mga cases na yung owner dating mataba ay nangayayat na sa pag-alala sa inimport niyang sarili niyang kotse mula sa bansang pinanggalingan niya at hirap na hirap siyang iclaim yun despite sa mga kumpletong requirements na naipasa na niya. nung nakarating sa kanya ang kotse niya wala na yung accessories.

btw, i think mas mahal nga naman ang brand new na porsche kung dito mo yun bibilhin compared if inimport mo ang brand new na ganyan mas mura pa.
