hanap ka ng architect na friend mo then ask him to do it for you. i have spent only around 3k with estimate and details. sya pa nag supervise sa construction.my house bacame his model for future referals.

ang alam ko per sheet ata yan... since 3 storey yan dami sheets yan... maybe 7k to 10k..

dami na nag offer ng help. have you tried calling them all?

ahahaha!...hindi naman po...experience sa pag-inquire pa lang ang meron lang ako...kaya hindi pa rin ako makapag-blow out..but noted po ito, hayaan nu,pag natupad, una po kayo sa listahan na invited! hehehe

bale ma'am, un ini-inquire ko ay nasa 28sqm lang po, 2-storey apartment plan na umabot po ng 800k-1M ang estimated budget..hindi pa ho included dito yung building permit..sa haouse plan pa lang po ito gang sa contruction to finishing touch .. good luck na lang po sa pagpapagawa
