Why i cant upload photos? Philippines

i had the same prob.  i already emailed the help center reg. this issue.

same problem since yesterday. i thought the problem is with my internet connection. 

when can this be resolved? 

kahapon pa iyan, nakapag post na nga rin ako sa forum about it, pero ngayon nakakapag upload na ako.

finally! Nakapag-upload na rin. pero some pics hindi ma-view. 

Me too nkapag upload nko, pero ndi ma view ung iba.

i see, sa sulit pala talaga ung problem, i thought sa internet ko, hehe

huhu hanggang 50 images na lang pala pwede mag-upload :(

im also having problem uploading images for my ads thumbnail.Its says file containing jpeg,jpg etc lang ang acceptable.I check the properties of my images and its jpeg file.Some jpeg files accepted but some are not.How is that?

 

I did try to download stored images from my photodownloader but the moment im uploading it, was rejected.Im just glad i can used the direct link/html at ads editor.Still may image pa rin. Still i want a thumbnail photo to add more attraction to browser.

ask ko lang bakit kapag naginquire ka sa help desk ala response?is it still functional?

What was the eaxct error message which you have received?  Can you please send me the images which you are trying to upload so that I can try uploading them for you?

As for your 2nd inquiry, are you talking about filed support tickets?

I have searched our database for all support tickets which you have filed so far and i think they all have responses accordingly?  If this is not what you meant, please correct me.

ndi ako makapagupload. kc ang nakalagay lng select multiple file. wala un browse.

 

1. Clear your web browser's cookies and cache data then try reloading the page again.
2. Use another web browser to do the uploading of your images.
3. Make sure that your current web browser is up to date.
4. If all else fails, try using a different internet connection in trying to connect to Sulit.com.ph just to isolate the problem.

 

My problem is no matter how much i click the "upload images... ctrl + select.." it doesn't budge. It is not activated. So I can't upload my images. Only the thumbnail photo is working. what's going on?

What is happening? I started uploading images since yesterday up to this moment. I tried it many times, but it always says "undefined". I'd rather tried to minimize the bits size that is acceptable, but it is always the same. Hanggang kailan ba magiging ganito? 

And one more thing, company affilliated ba ng Sulit and Multiply? Kasi hindi rin makapag-upload sa Multiply. Ano ba yan? ;(

@InevitableDemise... I'm using Firefox Mozilla. I followed your advice (clear cookies, etc) but it still is not working. I still cannot use the upload feature. So I had no choice but to brush up on my HTML knowledge. With that, my pics were uploaded na. Maybe it's a message from Sulit that we should use the paid ads option instead of the free ads?

Which web browser are you using and what version?

What is the size and file extension of the image you are uploading?

Have you tried clearing your web browser's cookies & cache data yet and trying it again?

Please understand that this is an isolated case because I can upload images on my end with no problems at all.

What exactly have you done using HTML to make it work?

baka po nag bug lang.. o nag maintenance...

I've already spent an hour and a half trying to upload images for my ad:

• Converted them to .jpg and sized down to 0.9MB
• Upload undefined
• Switched browsers and cleared the cache
• Upload undefined
• Resized the dimensions of my images to 519x346 at 91kb
• Upload undefined
• Converted them to .png
• Upload undefined
• Checked my upload/download connection running at 1Mbps
• Upload undefined
• Did a connection reset
• Upload undefined
• Searching for solutions until now while repeating the upload

Never had this experience before from my previous ads, but this is turning out to be very, very inconvenient. I can't just force myself uploading the images 'til everything is done, because that's just going to be a waste of time.
