How to Sell My CONDO, with assume balance Philippines

Im planning to sell my condo unit. It's loaned in a bank for 10years installment, and I've already payed 3years, so meron pa remaining balance for 7years installment.

Gusto ko na sya ibenta, pano po ba processo dito? pwede naman siguro itransfer dun sa buyer yung remaining balance sa loan then bayaran nya nalang sakin yung certain amount to compesate dun sa 3years na nahulog ko.
