Saan ba maganda maginvest ng property sa Batangas or sa Metro Manila? Real Estate Philippines

For me, I still prefer to invest in a place that is near job opportunities which is basically in Manila. There are houses for sale that are available in the metropolis that still can give you a satisfying life and if you would want to have a place that can protect you from pollution there are still a lot of properties available in Manila that can do that for you.

Hi for me its much better to invest here in Manila because the B.C.D. Business Central District, but if you are the kind of person who don't want the hustle schedule in the City, go for an investment in batangas.

It's up to you on what kind of lifestyle you choose, if you wish to avoid the bustling lifestyle in the city then batangas is a nice place to put your investment, but if you are a business minded one and want to have a good deal and challenge in business metropolis is place for you.

Furthermore, you must determine what type of property you wanted to invest in as they come into wide array, for me the best property investment for now is manila condo!

Dahil mainit na ang Metro..I would prefer to invest more properties in Baguio.

If I am going to use the property personally, then maganda nga sa Batangas. Pero kung for business purposes, mas prefer ko sa Manila.

Ang pinakamaganda talagang investment ay sa Metro Manila. Tandaan natin na mas mataas ang rate ng appreciation ng property sa mga siyudad kaysa sa mga lugar na hindi malapit sa city. Kaya naman nang magkaroon ako ng pagkakataong mag-invest sa real estate sa Metro Manila, specifically sa Quezon City, ay grinab ko na. Ngayon, masaya na ako at ang aking pamilya dito sa Zinnia Towers.

Mas maganda mag invest sa manila lalo na pag real estate. Like condo living, kung hindi mo titirahan, pwede mo rin parentahan. Especially here in Makati, ang laki ng rental sa mga condo. Or i-re-sell mo, sa paglipas ng panahon nag aappreciate ang value nyan..

Investment, I will still go for Manila property...lam naman natin kung gano kabilis mag-appreciate ang value dito...Tita ko bough a unit in Serendra way back in 2004 for P3M and now selling price ng unit nya can fetch from P12M to P15M...One happy OFW sya...

Super mahal talaga ng rental sa makati. Pinaka mura na ang 15k for studio type, bare pa yan. kaya mas pipiliin kong dito ako mag invest, siguradong mababawi ko ang binayad ko. Lalo na kung pre-selling ang ii-invest ko. :)

Tama marami akong kakilala bumili ng unit sa rockwell binayaran nila buo tapos pinaparentahan
Safe naman magpa renta sa mnga unit doon
Kausapin mo lang front desk
Sabihin mo gusto mo pare tahan sila na bahala sa lahat hintayin mo na lang pera mo hahaha

yeah. tsaka mas maraming naghahanap ng marerentahan dto sa manila. lalo na foreigner, sa condo nagrerent yang mga yan. hindi ka talaga lugi. :)

Location Location.. is the key factor if you want to invest in real property. High return and thats proven.

Manila siyempre, kasi nasa manila ang centro ng lahat ng establishments.

for me sa manila pa din :) pero kung gusto mas relax or for vacation lang oks din jan sa batangas.

pahabol , syempre kung investment lang din mahalaga talaga yung place, sa manila kasi mas nag aapreciate price ng property.

if investment at negosyo depende sa budyet.kung millions eh pwede kana bumili ng farm kung mahilig ka dun,pwede mangahan at bakahan anything na related sa farm,kasi mga tita ko ok naman ang farm business nila eh.

For better business opportunities no doubt that Manila is the place to be as it holds major business districts as your property can transform into income generating asset such as rental properties in manila. But if you prefer to have an investment in a peaceful ambiance then go for the first class province of Batangas :)
