Rastapopolus Sulitizen 51 posts | Roman senators are fat, over weight and arrogant slobs. How many of our Senators do you think are over weight? Our country is going to the dogs. I hope Pres. Aquino looks into the lifestyle of the late Pres. R. Magsaysay. If he adopts it then I hope the rest will follow. I also agree that those big spender politicians be exposed in every social networking sites. Lets use our digicams and expose their material wealth! |

I don't believe that it is the fault of the system rather it is the fault of the individuals. Individuals meaning the individual senators & congressmen down to the lowly garbage foraging citizen. It's the collective fatalism or cynicism that get's us all. It's the "bahala na" in all of us. It's even our coping mechanism which makes us very adaptable and withstand these hardships. The adaptability of Filipinos....a very much needed trait which makes us good migrant workers actually works against us in our own country because we tend to let the bad things be. Before we look into changing others....we must first look if we can change ourselves. |

These people were elected not to enrich themselves but they do it anyway. Sarap gastosin ang pera ng bayan. Yum, Yum, Yum. Pa lifestyle check natin sila! Kung ayaw ng present administration. I support the move to expose their material wealth in all social networking sites! |

| i urge every filipino to check out the lifestyle of these politicians. Former mayor mathay has a 1 block property in a plush QC subdivision. He also has other houses. Mayor palang yan! More than a decade ago an RTC judge also purchased a one block property inside Capitol Hills subdivision near ever commonwealth. Judge palang yan! These senators are now in recess spending their pork barrel! Probably buying real estate and enrolling their children abroad. Papano na si Juan de la Cruz the tax payer? |

Kung sa senate naman dapat naka lagay iyon sa pahayagan dahil kokonti lang naman sila. Doon makikita kung paano nila nilustay i mean ginastos yung pork barrel nila.... |

| #6 Poster (Last 24 Hours) #5 Poster (Last 7 Days) #3 Poster (Last 30 Days) It has been suggested before to remove the pork barrel or CDF once and for all. But not one president ever had the courage to do so for the irk of the congressmen. That's why it is necessary to change the whole system, elect officials that are not traditional. Go and elect people who are truly public servant. A lot fo private individual are good managers. There's no doubt they can do a job as good as any public servant. The truth is, tangalin mo ang pork barrel baka nga gumanda pa economy natin kasi biro mo ala ng tatakbo kahit isa man na kongresista. lol. Kung meron man, ay yung mga tapat na lang at public service na lang. What is very funny about the ongoing impeachment of CJ Corona is that sino ba ang hahatol sa kanya na andun sa impeachment court now if the impeachment procedure is about ill gotten money hindi ba nakakatawa?? Sino sa kanila ang dapat unang bumato? That's why I miss former Juan Favier the poorest of them all. I really doubt if that man had ever committed graft. And maybe at the current now is Joker Arroyo. Depressing but that's what you say, Pilipino nga naman. The truth is, we could have made it better since the people power '86 BUT look at us now, and look at Malaysia, Thailand, And even Vietnam! Vietnam? Really? Where are these countries back in the 70s? That's why we have ADB headquarters here, The WHO, the other UN agencies that's why we have UN street. Because we were number one. Now we are last to the list. View message logs absindex: updated on April 1, 2012 01:56PM absindex: updated on April 1, 2012 01:53PM |

| I think Pork barrel is making them more evil. They even kill each other acting like animals in the wild just for these bulk of money. Does these sanenators and congressmen has the authority to use this money just by anywhere without or maybe less auditing? If these people, doesn't want to be called corrupt, they should have instead let the public know on how it is being spent, right? There has to be some justifications why do they need to have the pork barrel. This PB has to be stopped, unless they practice transparency on how or where these money is being spent. Transparency like real costing not overpricing. i heard some time ago that these bus stops and waiting sheds costs around 1.2M each!?? was that a reasonable price? Mind you, the Contractors even go through the bidding first, giving the lowest cost they could possibly offer and then at the end of the project say a basketball court, just cost them at about 6M??! oo tao lang naman sila pero sana wag masyado halata diba, spend some to where it is supposed to be, and then spare some para pang luho nila. hehe! Kaya mahirap silang magdiin kapag may nakakasuhan ng graft and corruption eh, subukan nilang magturo, next time, sila na ang nakasalang dun. have you ever noticed at the hearing of CJ Corona seems each of these zoonator judges parang mga pawns, sa chess game? pinoprotektahan ang nasasakdal. |
