| Good news! We have just released a new and improved version of our feedback system. Starting today, your feedback badge will NO LONGER look like this:
From here on, this is how it’s going to look like: Notice the difference? The old badge only displays the number of positive feedbacks you received, whereas the new design will now display a computed feedback score. This Feedback Score consists of a score that is automatically computed by our system for every feedback given to you, with the positive and more recent feedback scoring higher than the negative and old feedback. This will now be the displayed figure on your badge. Along with the computed score, your positive feedback percentage will also be displayed on the feedback badge. What’s good about this improved feature is that the more recent feedbacks have more weight over the previous feedbacks received. This can help build a more updated assessment for our sellers and can also lead our buyers into finding the suitable online seller for their needs. As reference, a Feedback Computation Table will be displayed when you mouse-over your feedback score. This table illustrates how your score was computed. Remember that our new scoring system gives more weight to the more recent feedbacks given to you. This will also change every time a member leaves you with a new feedback.
We want to keep all information seen on Sulit.com.ph as current as possible, and our feedback system is no different. We know how feedback plays a critical role in online buying and selling so we want to keep this bit of information absolute and constantly up-to-date for everyone who uses our website. Why are we giving more weight to recent feedback? For those asking why we are giving more weight to recent feedback, the answer is that the recent feedback reflect more about the way a seller do transactions NOW than his feedback a year ago. And for a buyer, it is more important for him to know how a seller do transactions now. I'll give simple examples for you to understand: - Seller A is not a good seller last year so he was getting some negative feedback. But for the past 3 months, he improved a lot and he is already getting a lot of positive feedback.
- Seller B is a very good seller last year and he was getting all positive feedback. But for the past 3 months, his service becomes bad and he started to get a lot of negative feedback.
If you are a buyer, to which seller are you going to buy? Of course you are going to buy from Seller A because he has already improved his service recently. I won't buy from Seller B because he is showing very bad service recently although he was doing good before. This is a very good example to highlight the importance of RECENT feedback. Another example: - Seller A is a new seller and really active and giving the best service and therefore getting a lot of positive feedback
- Seller B is a long time seller who was very active a year ago and getting a lot of positive feedback last year. For the past 3 months, he is no longer active in selling and rarely updates his ad.
If you are a buyer, to which seller are you going to buy? Of course you are going to buy from Seller A who is an ACTIVE seller NOW and giving the best service NOW. Although Seller B also had postive feedback, I am not sure if he will respond to my inquiries as he is no longer active for the past 3 months. Another good example to highlight the importance of RECENT feedback. Another extreme example for you to understand the importance of RECENT feedback: - Seller A got 10 positive feedback 10 years ago and never got a feedback again ever since
- Seller B got 10 positive feedback for the last 3 months
If you are a buyer, to which seller are you going to buy? The answer is obvious which is from Seller B. I don't need to explain as this is already self-explanatory. Now, for the long time sellers saying the the new system gives advantage to the new users, I assure you that it is not. This system has NOTHING to do if you are an old or a new seller. If you provide a good service to your customers, it does not matter if your are old or new. If you are worried that the new seller gets 10 positive feedback this week and you get none, then ask yourself why are you not getting the same feedback as he is. Noted, just wondering why our feedbacks doesnt match with the number shown in our feedback badge. We have 4 positive feedbacks but only 3 appears on our feeedback badge at the dashboard. |

| parang may "points" system na kumbaga. medyo nakakalito lang ng konti. pero paano iyong mga feedback ng iba dyan na hindi naman feedback talaga? tipong "inquiries" lang pero nailagay nila sa feedback. i guess yung points mas mataas kung medyo matagal na ang naibigay na feedback, at kung bago pa lang ang feedback mababa muna. i dont know, pero okay na okay pa rin. more power sulit!!!
