Is there really a rent to own offer?

sa amin, wala. parang lang. ahaha.:D monthly amortization is still like paying monthly rent diba? only you get to own the unit. ginawang ganyan siguro ang advertising para mas maintindihan mostly ng tao. wala pa akong naririnig na rent to own na ready for occupancy na, meron dapat talagang down payment.

Gusto ko house and lot. yong mura pero may quality na bahay,... malinis ang papel ng property,... at higit sa lahat maayos kausap na salesagent ah.

Syempre yong mura & in good location.

Thanks for clarifying this. It's just that most people often use this term. 

But this doesn't mean that you won't have to pay any downpayment for ready for occupancy units.

However, DMCI sometimes do financing promotions where one can move in after paying only 5% of the downayment.
