| short courses lang naman, no need to become expensive. 1. Google 2. books and 3. video tutorial is enough. If gusto mo nang spoon feeding go and enroll. |

| Some learn easier by self-study. others need to be in a classroom environment to become motivated. i guess different strokes for different folk. personally, I learned most everything I know through online tutorials :) |

| There are Pros and Cons in everything.
When going to school you get a chance to socialize closely with other like minded people and exchange ideas with them, You are also committed to finish the whole course so you know at the end of the program you're ready, and when you graduated you a paper that you can show on companies (Big companies still look for Degrees/Certificate/etc. SME look for experience and portfolio.) the only downside of going to school is it will cost you some money, some subjects wouldn't be too related.
When learning on your own, you have all the freedom. Saves you money, You can learn in any time you want. The downside of this, if you plan to work on big companies they'll be looking for Degree and Certificate on related field. SME look for work and experience more.
If you don't have any problem with money go with school because you can't go wrong, also don't stop learning, learn even when you're out of school because web design and development industries keep changing rapidly so you need to keep up with the technology and trends.
