| alin mas maganda ang performance? all new 2012 1.3 S A/T honda city vs 1.3 G.A/T toyota vios or 1.3 A/T avanza
Sir greg, For my own opinion go for matic either honda city,vios or new avanza if your daily rountine was no traffic, but in my case daily traveller & most of the time i encountered traffic on highway,hmmmm i go for manual trany either honda city or vios ika nga save gas hehehe. Interms of maintenance & after market value, Manual trany is the number one leading. View message logs

| dba sa city driving (traffic) mas recommended ang matic tranny? i'll go for the honda city... ganda styling at wala taxi, unlike vios at avanza |

| cuecraftsman, Hello sir base on may experience maganda nga ang matic sa city drive at hindi masyadong pagod pero ang bulsa hehehe pilipit naman sa pag papa gas tsaka sa maintenance. Matic disadvatage pati mahina sa matirik na daan at lalo matakaw sa gas. Para sa akin mas okie parin ang manual gas saver & maganda sa matirik ahunan na daan. Lalo na if baguio ang pinag uusapan two thumbs ako sa manual trany. Guys any positive or negative comment on this thread just share your own opinion and wel accepted hehehe,anyway happy viewing & reading on this forum,god blss. rgds, TG |

| For me dhil girl ako mas type ko matic lalo na sa traffic at paakyat na daan.. mas ppiliin ko un avanza 1.3 E AT, hindi mababa kaha compare sa mga kotse. |

Sir, Ano po ba ang pina service nyo sa vios nyo at bakit tumirik maliban sa tune-up at that time before the servicing sa toyota pampanga? Sir anong year model ba to? Actually hindi naman tune-up ang engine ng vios coz self adjust ang mechanism nito ika nga hyraulic lifter kung eto ay yong naka DOHC engine? Kasi naman ang term ng mga mecahanic ng toyota tune-up na sa kanila yung palit spur plug,change oil,engine air filter cleaning eh he! Correct me if im wrong sir for my explanation & comment? If you could say engine tune-up most provably the SOHC engine was adjust the valve clearance & tune the advancer using timing light & replace spur plug. But then the DOHC engine provably no adjustment to be done on valve clearance. DOHC engine is maintenance free as long sa maalaga sa change oil every 5000km or 10000k. Usually they replace spur plug every 10000km for better enhancement & engine performance. Well my vios ako pero okie naman ang performance.No casa maintenance since i bought the car in casa,it could self maintenance. Sir baka naman yong napa tapat na service tech or mechanic sa toyota pampanga eh bago lang kung baga intern pa lang although automotive grad. Back to topic, ok din ako sa 1.5E AT ,new honda city para din kasi manual trany Shift paddle type. Kaya lang malaki parin ang difference ng performance ng manual trany versus sa automatic trany. Manual trany you can controlled the engine power by indivual shifting of transmision,gas saver & low maintenance,high resale value after market selling price.

| routine toyota maintence tune up lng bro.10kms was done. napakatagal g waiting time.it was a vios company car issued to me.ayaw ko ng manual.ngsawa nako from lancer box type,sinkit,el, itlog, pizza pie, starlet,corolla xl big body,small body.matic city nlng mas relax.it has eco mode alrdy.yun nga lng add ka ng 150k all new civic kana with multi info dispay dash.mabe nxt year nlg.walang budget:( |
