mas maganda ang house and lot.. sarili mo pa talaga mismo..hehe.

but, fro you to use it bahay..

Investing in a condo is better, specially if it's in a good location. You can lease it easily if you want to move out.

pag wala kang malaking pera, sa condo ka muna maghulog. pero kung may pera ka na pwede i pang equity sa bahay ka na

investing in a condo unit is much better especially if you have the money and if the unit is still pre-selling so u could get it cheaper.. u could PM me to discuss more about this..

depende sa location. kung nasa metro ka maganda siguro condo pero kung nasa province ka mag house and lot ka na lang. both investment will outlive you so it's a good investment.

Para sa akin, depende po sa lifestyle. For example, kung madalas ang biyahe mo sa ibang bansa, kandado lang at temporary shut off ng utilities, at prepay yung association dues, larga ka na.  Hindi po kasing dali kung may bahay po kayo.  Pero naman kung social type po ang tao at madalas mag entertain ng mga bisita, bahay ang mas magaling.

You can still invite friends if you're in a condo. As long as it has a good space and good sound proofing so you can't disturb the neighbors.

para sa akin I prefer a house and lot...

If you're planning to stay for 10 years it's better to buy a house and lot. If you like to travel, a condo would be better.

May daughter nko 3years old.. Siguro mas maganda nag cguro kung Bahay Muna.
