Guys need ko po advice 

anong excercise ang dapat kung gawin, kasi ang liit ng legs ko, tama lang naman ang katawan ko, balingkinitan naman, ang isang problem ko pa, ang laki ng puson ko.

gusto ko mag proportion lahat, hehehe! 

Thanks in advance sa mga suggestions.

hihi! pareho tayo sis, d long legged :p sa puson, iwasan mo umupo nang matagal after eating :) dapat lakad lakad ka muna para matagtag.. un daw kasi nakakalaki ng puson :)

Puson ba prob mo o ang legs? Pasensya na hindi ako expert pero isa rin sa dahilan ng malaki ang puson ay aging pero kung bata ka pa po ay too much intake na sugary foods/drinks at calories. Regular exercise palagay ko makatutulong din.. sa legs naman kung maliit/maiksi ay heridetary po siya pero kung payat ay squat lang po na may kaunti resistance at sa tummy ay simpleng "brisk walking" makatutulong. -just my thoughts

nasa likod ang kamay mo, un pampaliit ng puson..

walking and jogging po for atleast 5 minutes everyday. don't sit after eating.

Mahirap palitan ang hugis ng legs. Kahit mataba ka kung maliit talaga legs mo wala kang magagawa. Kaya wag ka masyado maconscious, hindi ka naman siguro stockings model o lotion model para mapansin ng mga tao yung legs mo. Maliban na lang siguro kung lagi ka lang nakapanty kapag naglalakad. Kung gusto mo magsuot ka na lang ng pantalon o mahabang palda para di mapansin. Walang kaso yang legs na yan. Ang importante maganda ka. Kung pangit na ang legs mo tapos pangit pa ang pagmumukha mo, patay tayo diyan. Wag ka na lang lumabas ng bahay.

mag squat exercise ka kung gusto mo magkalaman legs mo tska bike.. ganun lang^^ mahirap i-explain dito in words mas magagawa mo ng tama yan kung sa gym ka may mga trainor dun.

magbike ka po ehehehe... hhmmm... pero parang wala nga yatang way to make the legs bigger.. sabi nung kaclassmate ko nung ngaral dw sya ng ballet lesson lumaki daw legs nya pero parang hindi naman totoo

may mga exercise para sa part na gusto mong palakihin o paliitin.
try running up and down sa stairs..pwede din sa cycling machine para sa legs.
sa puson pagkatapos kumain maglakad ka muna at wag kagad umupo..1000 steps yan.

pwede mag walk or jog for 30 minutes.bawasan pagkain ng matatamis.wag na po kayong kakin ng 3hours before bedt..ako 5 hours before bed.drink plenty of water..meron din madadaling crunch exercise.like sit ups na nakaupo..

natry ko na maggym.. maganda talaga ang results and the good thing about going to the gym is yung elasticity ng balat mo is babalik sa dati kasi nga nageexercise ka.. firm pa ang muscles mo kasi nga batak ang katawan not to mention healthy ka pa at malayo sa anumang sakit...

just try jogging ts . constant exercise sa legs are needed like walking up the stairs instead of using the escalator also helps in strengthening the leg muscles.

pag nasa genes na ng tao, khit mawala yan, pansamantala lang...kaya disiplina talaga ang pinaka mahirap sa part mo para ma-maintain na mawala yan ng pang-matagalan..

avoid sweets, oily foods, have a diet and search for exercises concentrated lang po dyan sa puson nyo..one time may napanood ako sa morning show, nagbigay sila ng exercise for that..its effective..it started for a minute exercise everyday lalo kung hindi ka talga mahilig mag-exercise..gang sa 30mins/day na kapag kaya mo na..

kasi mukhang napaka serious ng  tanong mo feel ko lang.

Ahaha! Di naman gaano ka laki kasi kapag nag babawas naman, lumiliit naman sya..Lol.

di joke lang. kasi dati wala talaga, as in flat sexy ba. hehehe! pero nong nag asawa na ako, dun ana ako nag simulang lumakas kumain.. slim kasi ako dati..
