When do you plan to invest a Condominium?

For me, It is better to invest a Condominium now than never. Believe me, it is really a big achievement for you and your family.

I agree with you. Rather than investing in a car or any other priced possessions, it's much more rewarding to buy a property - house and lot or condominium unit, since it's more realistic and flexible.

I came across people who purchased a preselling condo unit and He earned around 45% appraisal of his money since he bought it in 2009. From 4M, the condo unit is now priced at 6.5M. So, whether you use it personally, rent it out or resell it, it is an investment. ^_^

I totally agree. We need to invest on an assest or a place that you can stay such as a condominium or a house.
