| Sana you call their Head Office and complain o kaya you send a letter to the Insurance Commission if they had really "scammed" you so they would take legal actions on the matter. Kasi for as long as you wont file complain to the right venue, your grievances wont be addressed properly. Sana if Philippine Prudential Life has an account with sulit.com.ph, then maybe they will be able to read this thread and actions will take place. But as per my research about the company, they had been existing since 1963, meaning they are already 49 years in the Life Insurance Industry. Legitimate and with big capitalization-on-hand. What confused me is that: "If they are really SCAMMERS", their CONTRACT OF AUTHORITY from the Insurance Commission would have not been RENEWED YEARLY. My observation. :) View message logs gildaaltez: updated on May 13, 2012 09:50PM gildaaltez: updated on May 13, 2012 09:44PM |

Ohhhhhh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so thats it pala? Pero sis or bro, if I wer you and I am at your shoes, Id rather go to the right venue or to the right person to handle the case or air your grievances kasi grievances can best be handled and addressed rather here at the forum or blogs where it simply becomes and arena of cmplaints na walang katapusan at mali ang pinupuntahan. I find it sayang on your part and for the other Sulitizens or people get hooked by these agents na mali nga ang lugar ng pinagrereklamuhan nila. Filed your case in court so that your case will be JUSTIFIED. It maybe wrong or whatever you can or may call these agents but as far as I understand each sides of the coin, hindi naman kayu maririnig ng owner ng PPLIC or ng Commissioner ng Insurance Commission kasi nga walang BLACK & WHITE COMPLAINT. We have many good lawyers who are willing to entertain complaints of clients, why didnt you go there so that these kind of markekting strategy will be stopped or regulated. Sana if we can interview the owner of PPLIC so they can justify whether this is PPLIC manner of selling insurance, "the hard selling?" Kasi as far as my lawyer have told me, its just one of their Marketing Channel. Hindi lahat ng ahente ng PPLIC ay ganyan ang marketing Strategy. They have the Traditional Market where agents do the PROFESSIONAL SELLING like that of other big players like Sunlife, Manulife, Phil Axa, Phil Life (Philam), Insular. They sell the Traditional Products, meaning whatever you invest from them, if you get an endowment so youll get it at your Maturity Date and when you get a Whole Life Policy, your beneficiary will get the amount that you invested when you passed away. Anyways, I'll try to make an appointment with Commissioner Dooc of the Insurance Commission or Deputy Commissioner Vida Chiong or Mr Gregorio Mercado himself, the President of PPLIC to know their sides so we will all be enlightened, but maybe I'll write or published it at the RIGHT FORUM. NOTE: In the event that you would want your complaints to be considered as LEGITIMATE, you may send your formal letter of complaint and address it either to the COmmissioner of the Insurance Commissioner or the President of Philippine Prudential Life stating your full name and address. You can PM them to me so I could bring them to the person concerned/mentioned above when I had the chance to have a courtesy call to them.
