BEWARE OF SHANNICOLAS a scammer here in SULIT Philippines

I would like to share my story for the safety of other SULITIZEN.

I meet shan here in sulit she text me that she wants to swap her Blackberry curved 9360 with my TS1 phone which is only 4k. i know its risky cause the priced of blackberry curved is twice higher than my phone TS1. based on her great story she is a rich girl and she dont need her blackberry because she has so many high end phones. i know from the time we start that im in big trouble and it's a risky move.. i let the dice roll on the table.. and this is what happen.....

1. April 24 2012 deal with shannen kay Nicolas she said she's been scam so many times and also a victim of BUDOL-BUDOL gang. She Said she already send her bb curved afternoon 12 pm, Send her the ts1 unit also 6 pm after work.
2. April 25 2012 I send her the receipt via shannenkaynicolas@yahoo.com.
3. April 25 2012 I ask her for the receipt of the BB curved.. but up to April 27 there is no RECIEPT and no tracking number from her.
4. April 26 2012 I hold my item. because she is already lying of her real address and began to suspect that she is a scammer.
5. April 27 2012 still there is no receipt or tracking number from her.. she is reasoning that she is so busy.
6. April 28 2012 I called in their house.. a girl answer the phone said that shan is still sleeping.. She then text after an hour saying that don’t called again in that number because it will already be terminated and that she is no longer staying in that house it’s the house of her lola.. she say’s she is now residing in bulacan.. at this time I decided to called it quits.. and call AIR 21 to Return the item to me.
7. April 29 2012 she insist that im a scammer and why did I Return the TS1 she then saying verbal aggressions against me.. I said to her that a simple RECEIPT and tracking number is all I need that she could not provide.
8. April 30 2012 she emailed me a BLUR picture of AIR 21 reciept just to proved that she is not lying.. I could not read anything only the LOGO of AIR21.. she text me angrily saying “MAKUNTENTO ka na AT LEAST my RESIBO yun ang importante kesa wala” mag papadala  ka ng RESIBO na sobrang Malabo at hindi mabasa malay ko ba kung sa ibang resibo yun. She said that’s because she used a DSLR. My goodness what kind of DSLR is that.. I said to her that its blurred intentionally.
9. May 1 2012 she text me of the new tracking number she said there is an error in my address that’s why the blackberry did not arrived last week and she will resend it for the sake of our deal..she said she paid 500 pesos +++ already and I must comply on returning to her my TS1 because im a no good Buy and seller and I did not comply to our deal and she will give me many bad feedbacks.
10. May 2 2012 I verify the tracking number in the Air21 asking the operator what is the content of the package from shan im shocked that it is a FANCY WATCH. I said to the operator that I need my TS1 ASAP. They said it will arrived the other day.
11. May 4 2012 I received my TS1 phone.. and her so called “FANCY WATCH”.. im shocked that it’s a watch that is worth 100 pesos only.
12. I thank god I still have the guts to do everything not to fall into this kind of scammer and it's a another charge to experience.

OO hindi na... sobrang hassle yung ginawa nya TIME.. LOAD.. at Money.. alam ko kasalanan ko din kasi alam ko ng imposible sumige parin ako.. pero siguro nadala narin ako ng matamis nyang pambobola kaya nag ka ganun.. anyways 10 years na ko sa buy and sell at hindi talga ako nakikipag transact thru shipping.. more on EYEBALL talga.. sinubukan ko lang yun nga lang..  first time nga sa shippping muntik pang ma dengjoy..
