Q: Lost SSS# Philippines

just go to any sss branch near you ts at sabihin ng bf mo na nakalimutan nya sss number nya. me records sila sa name and number madali na lang mahanap sa database nila.di ba pag kukuha ka ng number ngayon me i.d card na yan? wala pa bang i.d card bf mo?

kung sakaling di nyo matawagan , bisitahin nyo nalang po ang pinakamalapit na SSS sa inyong lugar.

hi enzoo, thanks for the swift response. he only has his E-1 form (which is nawala niya).. so hindi niya rin alam ung SSS# nya.

alam niyo po ba kung makakakuha siya ng copy of E-1 form? kasi it would take years if kukuha pa siya ng ID. eh kailangang kailangan niya na un sa work.

 

All he has to do is to visit any SSS branch and give his name to the teller and the name will be checked on the computer, then request the number.   He can either show his valid ID and tell the teller  the purpose of request.  They are very much wiling to give the SSS# of your boyfriend.  Ganun lang kadali yun.

bagong kuha pa ng bf mo yung e1 form nya ts? kong bago yun at di pa na encode ng tiga sss wala pa offificially siyang number . para maverify ng bf mo,better he go to the nearest sss para macheck nya agad kasi sabi mo kelangan for employment.

meron na po siyang SSS#.. ang tanong ko lang po is kung pde siya makakuha ng COPY ng e-1 form coz he lost it.

yung mismo pong nafill-upan na copy ng  E1 nya? ang alam ko po ay not possible na yun mismo ang maibigay.. ang alam ko need nyo magfifill up parin ng E1 .. for verification purpose..  para maibigay yung corresponding SSS number nya.. ililista nalang din sa E1 yung SSS number pag naretrieve yung file nya.

hindi ko na po alam yan kasi di na rin ako masyado updated sa mga bagong rules ng sss, ako nga eh ,have to do some updating with sss kasi me loan balance pa ako nun nong nasa pinas pa ako at gusto ko masettled din.better let your bf go to the sss as soon as possible kasi di ba sabi mo employment requirement nya?

Tama po lahat ng sinabi nila na pumunta sa kahit saan branch ng SSS at maibibigay sa kanya yung unique membership number niya.

hindi na kailangan pa kumuha ng copy ng E1.

Kung pwede nga daw ime-morize daw yang SSS num mo.. pati TIN..

 

I just phoned SSS Makati JP Rizal Branch. No need na nga daw mag fill up ng E1, just visit any SSS branch then over the counter pwedeng mairequest yung SSS#.  magdala nalang daw ng ID & orig Birth Certificate.

Regarding sa SSS ID, more or less mga 6 mos daw ang delivery ng ID. need naman ay 2 valid IDs & mag fill up ng E6 & take note with at least 1 month SSS contribution. If you have any question, tawagan nyo nalang po sila dito 899-8755

 

 

See?   All it takes is to approach a teller or the person infront of the PC at any SSS Branch,,,,,,:)

So happen GF lang siguro ni destinedchild yung taga SSS Makati kaya ang dali ng access niya,,,,,hehehe!
