destinedchild   Majestic2 Sulitizen 17495 posts | Since 2008, nasubaybayan ko halos ang forum ng Sulit, mula sa pagkakaroon ng mga batches of moderators, paglipat sa new server, pag-upgrade ng sulit site at maging ang mga pagbabago o adjustements sa mga rules at features neto. Lately, napansin kong konti na lang ang napakaraming "moderators" noon. May mga EB pa sila dati, pero ngayon, tila kokonti na lang. At dahil dito tila napakaluwag na ang dating mahigpit na forum page ng sulit. Maraming mga bagong di pa alam ang rules, basta na lang maka-pagPost - ako noon binasa ko muna ang Rules ng Forum. Ang punto ko, mukhang darating ang time na mangangailangan ng matinding paglilinis ang sulit para sa forum page kung hindi maagapan ang naguumpisang "less-managed" forum discussions. Mga kasulit, may mga kilala ba kayong active pa na moderators ng sulit?...
may kilala po ako.. si mod hotb nalang po ata ang active sa forum ngayon.
balita ko yung iba po kasi ay busy sa kani kanilang trabaho or business. |

| Mahigpit talaga kami noon kasi nga we need to protect the interest of Sulit.com.ph and its Forum Rules and Regulations. We even go out of our way to have our own shifting skeds just to "monitor" the Forum which was simply assigned to us to protect its guidelines and policies. Masisipag talaga ang mga Forum Moderators before, we take our toll at our own initiative especially during Christmas and New Year when everybody is on feast, I experienced on two consecutive Christmas and New Year, MOD Airomjosh and I take our turn to do our "moderating job". On December 2008 Christmas Party, when all MODs here in the Philippines are busy partying, MOD airomjosh (abroad) and MOD Rose (USA) are the ones on duty. I still remember, I normally sleep at 7am so I can have my duty overnight. We arent employed by Sulit.com.ph. We had been selected Admin and what we do for the Community is a form of volunteerism,,,,,,our way of giving help and assistance to the Sulit.com.ph. sa tingin ko wala na rin kasi mapapala (SC) sa mga magrereport eh..^_^
ganun pa man, mahalaga pa rin ang gampanin ng moderator para sa ikaaayus ng forum. at sana ang sulit eh makaisip pa rin ng hakbang o pamamaraan kung paano muling maibabalik ang sigla ng mga moderators. nakakita na ako ng isang site na napag-iwanan na ng mga users dahil masyado nang messy ang forum page nila.. di na healthy... ^_^ |

simula nung naging moderator ako konti na lang ako mag post
watch mode lang advertisement sa forum lagi kong hinuhuli hehe
naalala ko nun, nasa 20K na post nyo bago pa kayo naging Mods.. hehehe
tapos biglang na-aappend na sa previous message kapag succeding comments, unlike before. ^_^ |
