My post is not in Premium listings

I just purchased 2000 SG and spent it all on my ad. The transactions are logged in the SG logs and deducted 2000 SG, Its been 35 minutes ands my ad still doesnt show as premium.

i made my ad premium this morning and my sg got deducted its almost half a day but my ad is not shown as premium, been calling your landline to report this matter but to no avail, pls help, tnx
