you fall for the same scam ,this is the oldest trick in the book. i hope you get back your money. and next time,buy it yourself personally in a store.

try to contact the seller again..di pa naman naka inactive ung ads nya.

photo, contact details and even the seller's address is stated in his ads plus positive feedbacks.try lang ulit baka sakali :)

You have his/her name in the firs time you have sent a payment to him. Afterwards he wanted to change the name of the recipient, try to check the receipt again and file a lawsuit or small claims in the Municipality where you have sent a payment. Then when the case is filed and up I guess it will appear to his records when he get a NBI clearance maybe. Otherwise try to contact him, create a new profile in Facebook. Or past his Facebook URL right here, maybe I can help you to track that person.

Thank you very much for your kindness, I am planning to file a blotter this monday as far as what I researched there are 2 accounts with the same person . I tried messaging some friends in her accounts they said that acct had been "HACKED" so that leaves me back again to the driver's license she has sent me by the name of a guy " CARLO RYAN ANGTUD" and the names of the people I sent my money to. I believe that Atheena Moreto and Carlo Ryan Angtud are lovers? ( I guess). Try to file a small claims in the Municipality Court using both names and attached the blotter of both names as well. And try this phone number +63-916-140-6563 I try to have a test call and it is working (just now). Use another mobile number. Do not make an action yet, give them another 24 hours and tell them if they cannot response with in the time given you will force to file a small claims and they will be afraid of that statement I am pretty much sure as nobody wanted to see a record in their NBI Clearances!

how can you be sure na real name nya nga andun including pictures?

 

Sa mga nakakabasa po nito sana kahit paano magsilbing aral din to at warning na huwag basta basta magtitiwala.
