You guys should file a small claims like this. Here is the simple tips if you are buying from an individual seller.

1. Ask for a Land-line number that they owned. (Office will do)
2. Ask for a telephone bill to scan it and send to your email.
3. Ask their identification photo. Example: Driver's License, Company ID, Postal ID or Passport.
4. Ask for contact reference.

If an individual seller can give this all information to you then it can be trusted. But if they keep giving a trash reason why they can't you those requirements then they are not trusted at all.

If I purchased online via individual seller I always ask like this. :)

Remember, you have your rights to demand for your protection as well.

Yung Ernan yung mas maputi. THe first picture. Yung Silver yung maitim na malaki katawan. Yung SIlver pala na suspend na yung account dito dati. So Ernan naman ang gamit niya. Pero baka mas real person yung Ernan kasi all of the accounts that he is using to get the money like BPI and LBC is under his name.

Grabe muntik nako magpurchase sa kanya. as in tomorrow dapat ako transfer money,then pagcheck ko kanina, biglan iba na yung name nya sa FB from Silver Villanueva so i wondered why. good thing nabasa ko tong forum na to.
