A good developer is the key in real estate. Maging house or condo units. You should check the background of the developer to make sure that the unit that you are buying is a good quality.

Investment-wise, among the three cities, Makati pa rin specifically within the Central Business District. Bihirang-bihira ang nago-offer sa area na 'yan ng less than a year na lease term and karamihan ay minimum of 1 year lease.

I will say one of the few good investments for condo depends on your needs and purpose. Una po is this for leasing, or you will be utiliizing it in the future? For rentals po I just bought my first condo investment in Newport City in Pasay, which I also handle. Personally maendorse ko na its a very nice development and good location. Minus all the traffic and you get all the convenience, plus the security and development in the area. You may also consider Tagaytay meron din po magandang developer jan, i know two which are worth considering. Just consider po ang reputation ng developer at anong klase and idinedeliver nila. Mas mainam po bumili ng condo na malaki ang dinevelop na area hindi isa or few buildings lang, kasi most probably maliit ang open spaces. Yung iba kasing condo parang di ka na makahinga dahil high rise masyadong madami units in a floor. Marami pa pong iba, licensed realtor po ako, and Im very objective with my recommendations.

Nasa lifestyle ng tao 'yan, and definitely, isa ang location sa mga considerations na ginagawa ng tao when buying his property. Ako, since my work is at QC, I'd stay in QC. I believe that there are good developments in the area, especially this Zinnia Towers by DMCI Homes, since it offers larger unit cuts. Saan ka pa? Message appended on August 1, 2012 04:08PM ikaw po ang makakasagot niyan ask yourself 1. how much is your monthly budget 2. accessible ba sa work mo 3. ano prefer mo, high rise or mid rise, or kung ano po mas feeling niyo na okay sa inyo.. and madame pa iba..... Certainly. Nasa home buyer 'yan, kaya one should make careful decisions para at the the end of the day, you won't blame yourself from acquiring a faulty unit sa isang developement. When I acquired a unit in The Amaryllis, I made sure that I am knowledgeable enough about it. I hired an agent to help me out and have studies as well. Sabi nga nila, the more you know things, the lesser mistakes you make. Message appended on August 1, 2012 04:18PM For me, QC. Kailan po ba ang turnover nitong The Amaryllis na nasa link ni'yo po? Maganda po siya. I wonder kung ilang floors ito? View message logs jiggsmercado: appended post on August 1, 2012 04:18PM jiggsmercado: appended post on August 1, 2012 04:08PM

Where do you think is the best city to invest a condo unit? Paranaque, Makati or QC? Quezon City. Preferably Cubao area.

Good thing I bought a condominium unit in QC. |

Well it depends on your needs, you should consider what lifestyle you want, is just for investment, or your the end user. For me II consider this things: 1. Location location location, this is the most important thing to me. I want my location to be accessible and convenient. Very near to establishment, like malls, market, church, workplace and hospital. 2. Investment wise - well for a condominium it is for short term investment, buy a property also that's on a pre selling stage meaning it is always better to purchase of the lower cost than when ts built, when your lcation is the heart of makati, there is an oppurtunity for bigger rental potentials, makati range is 140k- 150 k for premier condo and deend on the size ofthe unit. 3. The reputation of the developer.. Quality of work and service. For me Ayala premier projects, like SERENDRA, park terraces makati,, Greenbelt residences.. 4. Safety and security.- for me it should be semi addressable fire detection and alarm system, 24hour security and BUILDING MAINTENACE, PROXIMITY CARD ACCESS FIR SECURITY, 100% back up power in terms of calamities. 5. Amenities 6.Building structure. 7. Thoughtful design
