Which do you prefer from the two types of condominiums? Which makes the most advantage?

Is it true that your developer is really good? I heard a lot of good feed backs regarding your developer and im looking forward to buy a unit under their development. ANy advices? Mukang madami kang ng experience regarding this developer. Thanks.

If you prefer a good view scene at your place, go for high rise :)

Saw some links about the earlier posts. Magnada ba ang location ng south? I've been living in manila since college, taga pobinsiya kasi ako, so any ideas?

4) Amenities - More, the better
5) Developer - A good developer helps and guides you all the way; DMCI Homes

Thank you for the information. I also checked you developer's site. They have some good projects and good background. Mukang masusulit ang pera ko na ipangbibili ko ng unit dito.
