How about security? :) I think some of the condos with cheap rentals got less amenities. Plus, the rental gets higher if your place is nearer the CBD.

Still, some condos got high association fee, but their security is not good. My friend's daughter is renting a condo in taft. One afternoon, she was shocked that a kid was knocking on her door and asking for money. She called the security and they took care of the kid. How did the kid got in?

I'm looking for specific examples. Like for example, you got good security, but poor amenities. would you choose the one with the good security or good amenities? If the condo got a pool but no gym, would you choose the one with the gym or the one with the pool?
