I really feel sad about it, I don't know if i need to write them a letter or what because i might get rejected :(( |

kung may valid reason ka lapit ka sa union kung meron makakatulong yan para kausapin yun HR o kaya naman hanap ka backer na malakas sa HR |

kung yun immediate superior mo sinabi na wala syang magagawa , dun ka na sa mas mataas pero kung may union nga dun ka lumapit basta may valid reason ka |

| #1 Poster (Last Hour) #1 Poster (Last 24 Hours) #3 Poster (Last 7 Days) #9 Poster (Last 30 Days) sayang ang job mo, programmer ka pala ng sun cellular, i guess by now they have a new staff to fill uoir post what with the many graduates in our country desperately looking for ajob, you should have valued your job. ganyan talaga kahit me problema tayo , work and problems must be separate. if you can talk to somebody in the hogher ups of your company,must be better but i suggest you tru to look for another one as soon as possible. |

| check mo muna sa company policy nyo kung tama yung ginawa ng immediate supervisor or consult mo yung hr nyo.kung tingin mo tama bisor mo based sa policy nyo ,kausapin mo bisor mo at sabihin mo magreresign k n lng ng kusa pr maganda record mo at makuha mo ibng benefits mo. |

| Question is binigyan ka ba nila ng warning?
Ang alam ko is meron yan na 1st offense, 2nd offense then terminate usually ganyan ang process papapirmahin ka jan. If hindi ka binigyan ng warning basta ka lang fire bawal po yan pwede yan pa DOLE.
Pero kung nag warning na sayo at may offense ka (still depending on company policy) tapos absent ka pa din ng absent it's your fault wala ka ng magagawa jan. Go find another job maraming programming homebase lang eh try mo sa odesk.com maraming projects jan baka ikaw na sumuko.
Tell you i think mas bagay sayo ang homebase kasi sabi mo madami kang problema sa bahay or personal. One thing is for sure kung homebase ka mas ma manage mo yan kasi hindi ka malalate, almost sarili mo oras mo, hindi ka magaayos ng uniform, hindi ka mag papamasahe. |

| Hindi mo talaga dapat dalhin ang personal problems mo sa trabaho. Alam mo na binabayaran ka para mag-trabaho. Maghanap ka na lang ng ibang trabaho kesa naman magmukmok ka diyan... masasayang lang oras mo. |

| sa mga naintindihan ko sa mga sinabi mo dito ikaw talaga may problema kahit ako ang visor mo patatangal nga kita..yung chance ni hinihingi mo madaming beses na naibigay sayu..unang warning palang chance na sayu yun.hirap kasi sa atin marealize natin yung kahalagahan o na mahal natin yung isang bagay pag wala na siya..madami pa work na mas mamahalin mo, move on wag ka na bumalik dun. |
