Based on how you presented it, I have to believe that this is just prank call. A bad and malicious prank call, obviously aim to threaten and intimidate you.
If the guy is really serious to reach out and communicate their motives in the first place, then he should have call you back and convey what they are up to or more so, they just do what they have to do without giving any statement.
I don t think he s an NPA as he claimed, but hey, did you have had any issues dealing with your clients, competitors, etc. lately?

No issues with anyone at all, competitors?..... of course that's part of the business, pero not that i think of na may magiging issue (??. actually he is  still getting contact with me upto now.....  since it was exposed now, i doing something here as well....
