Usapang Health and well being naman tayo.

We do all know that Heart Attack and Stroke are life threatening emergencies, with that, what do you think we can do or sort of strategize in order to lower our risk for such? I'll start by:

  1. Stay physically active. Siguro at least 30 minutes a day of brisk walking is good enough to allow good blood circulation in our body. Some expert says that walking and exercise can help reduced stress and anxiety and lower blood pressure.
  2.  Easier said than done, but I guess we have to be choosy when it comes to the food we eat. Sabi nga nga matatanda eat a lot of gulay at ito ay pampahaba ng buhay. Aside from fruits and vegetable, I guess we have to limit our calories intake, choose foods that are low in sodium, Trans fat and cholesterol.

 Kayo what can you suggest.

Iwasan din ang paninigarilyo dahil walang magandang naidudulot nito sa katawan natin.

Right, stress is one of the factors that can set off cardiovascular problems. It is also known to cause or trigger spikes in blood pressure.

Do you have any suggestion on how to de-stress?

Thanks!

Yes, a lot of studies confirmed that cigarettes/tobacco contains chemicals that can damage heart and blood vessels.
