Hi, guys!


Gusto ko po malaman kung magpapa-renovate ng bahay, kelangan ba nakapangalan sa kin? Sa parents ko kasi nakapangalan yung lupa.

Pag Ibig innovation loan for house? The answer is yes.

Same with SSS.

Dapat clean title and it is in your name.

kasi yan din ang gagawin nilang collateral.

 

Ala yan pinagkaiba kung umuupa ka lang ng house or apartment

they won't approve kung kasi hinde nga nakapangalan sayo yun lote.

ang bahay nakapatong lang sa lupa na di mo pagaari..at ano man oras pwedeng baklasin ang bahay at palitan..ang tanong ilan kayo magkapatid na maghahati sa property na pagaari ng iyong ina? ilan sa mga kapatid mo ang may asawa na? (kung may asawa-3rd party na po yun na pwedeng makialam verbally sa iyong kapatid). Kung lahat ng magkapatid (may asawa at wala) nakatira sa bahay na pagaari ng iyong ina, mag ambag ka lamang ng laan para sa pagpaayos ng bahay. kapag binuhos mo lahat ng pera mo baliwala lahat kapag nakialam ang 3rd parties at nagkagulo bigla.

walang problema its true, its a common property, its like; stock holder kayo lahat magkakapatid, its a big amount of money, hanggat buhay ang magulang ninyo ok lang yan..when they pass away the concern parties of course will convened what to do with the property. it cant be verbal when all agree "ok,sis sa yo na yan". it must be on paper, dahil maghahabol ang 3rd paties plus pamangkin's kapag nalaman nila...not all time all kapatid are lucky in wealth. some would find ways to have extra money. be careful of assuming things in legal matters without right process.

if loan to pag-ibig bank, you need your kapatid approval, co-maker ka lang, principal is your mother. pag nag default ka sa bayad tatalakan ka ng kapatid mo, the mother would always understand you of course... the prop.title will be collateral...mas maigi kung ang construction ng 2nd floor ng bahay nyo ay manggagaling sa savings. at aralin ang structure kung paano paunti-unti mo ito ipagawa sakali.

i disagree.

kung hindi nakapangalan sa kanya yun property (sss member)

i really dont think sss can approve such loan.

it should be in the name of the sss member who will file for the said loan.

 

ang sss kasi hindi naman yan private financing.

Member-oriented sila.

 

Although on a large scale they also invest on propertites.
