Hindi pa po kasi sakin masyado malinaw paano gumagana. Kaya I'll take this oppurtunity to ask.

Tanong ko lang po:

1. Sa point of view ng Seller.

   -Ipagpalagay po natin na may binebenta po ako na item worth PHP 100.00. Sino po ang sumasagot ng shipping fee? At yung shipping fee po ba hindi pa kasama sa price ng item? (in this case yung PHP100.00). Kahit anong shipping service po ba pwede?

 

2. Sa point of view ng Buyer.

- Ano po usually ang good identification ng trusted sellers?

-Paano po makaiwas sa mga scammers at ano po usually ang characteristics nila?

 

3. May binabayaran po ba sa Sulit kapag gumagawa ng ad? O may kinukuha po bang porsyento ang Sulit sa kada transaction?

based sa questions mo:
1. as a seller, kung balak mo shipping, puwede mo na isama shipping charge sa price mo, puwede ring hiwalay pa. buyer always pays the shipping charges. kung anong shipping courier po meron sa lugar niyo na mapagkakatiwalaan niyo at mura at mabilis pa. ako, i personally trust jrs.

2. as a buyer, one proof is a lot of positive feedback, matagal ng seller (tingnan mo yung registered) and nakikipag-meet. high-risk kasi para sa akin ang newbie na nagbebenta ng high end gadgets. and if the seller really knows what he or she is selling, as in hanggang kaloob-looban. minsan, gut-feel. trust your instincts.

3. free ad po ang offer ng sulit. pero kung gusto mo tumaas ang position ng ads mo at kapansin-pansin, may mga puwede kang bayaran, parang premiums ba. at walang kinukuhang percentage ang sulit sa transactions mo.

Thank you po sa info, it's very helpful for newbie like me.

May problem lang nga po, based po sa answer number 2 about meet-ups. Kasi po malayo po ako sa Manila area, and if yung buyer is from the Manila area baka po manghinala? Willing lang po kasi ako magmeet up dito malapit sa amin. Would that be a problem? Thank you po!
