NAsa america kasi ako at ngwowork dito.  Gusto ko sanang umuwi Na at sa pinas mgstay, pero gusto ko din mgkaroon ng stable at sure Na pagkakakitaan...  Gusto ko sana ay may testimony Na ikaw mismo ay kumikita na sa negosyo Na gusto mo isuggest.

I believe Real Estate acquisition pa 'rin ang nababagay sa mga OFW. The reason why I am saying this is - you can manage your property remotely while still working abroad. I started to acquire condo for rental some few-years back and until now I am still on-the-go wanting to add more condo purposely for rental.

Miss elabiz06, may 2 bed house ako sa Antipolo pero zero balance ang account ko dahil ang mga nakukuha ng relatives kong tenants ay mga manloloko. magbibigay ng deposit pero 3 months palagi late ang bayad tapos at the end of the next 3 months evacuate na ng walang paalam. Nagsigned naman ng standard contrata ang tenants pero mga shrewd talaga mga tao diyan. Tapos inadvertized ko for sale, people interested to buy have no cash and they want to get my acct number wala pa silang solicitors to act as a conveyancer. mahirap makipagdeal direct to the buyer kasi balitado dito na maraming manloloko sa atin. How do you manage your properties and how do find a buyer?

 

Sabe ng kaibigan ko para na rin akong nagbaon ng pera sa  wuick sand na walang return or interest. Kaya I told all my friends not to buy in Philippines.

In Real Estate business especially for rental - location is the PRIME factor. Should you first consider your target clientele before you invest you might as well in better position now. Antipolo area - I think is a residential enclave and very seldom that you can rent-it-out because it is very far fom the financial district.

All my condo buyers entrust their unit(s) to me for rentals so far but apart from this option, you can entrust your unit(s) to your developer's in-house property management for added security. You still need your father to oversee your acquired unit especially during removations etc.

Suggest lang po. Ex-abroad din kc ako 3 years nga lang.
I think mamimiss mo rin ang America once na nag-stay ka na rito.
I suggest why not sell more Philippine product there and sell innovative product here from there.
Para ka lang namamasyal nun from time to time.
Medyo time consuming sya and require a lot of energy from you and trusted personnel.
Profitable naman yun but the best part is madami kang matutulungan lalo Economic natin.
Suggest lang po naisip ko lang.

All my condo buyers entrust their unit(s) to me for rentals so far but apart from this option, you can entrust your unit(s) to your developer's in-house property management for added security. You still need your father to oversee your acquired unit especially during removations etc.

I started to acquire condo for rental some few-years back and until now I am still on-the-go wanting to add more condo purposely for rental.

I think mamimiss mo rin ang America once na nag-stay ka na rito.
I suggest why not sell more Philippine product there and sell innovative product here from there.
Para ka lang namamasyal nun from time to time.
Medyo time consuming sya and require a lot of energy from you and trusted personnel.
Profitable naman yun but the best part is madami kang matutulungan lalo Economic natin.
Suggest lang po naisip ko lang.

Miss elabiz06, may 2 bed house ako sa Antipolo pero zero balance ang account ko dahil ang mga nakukuha ng relatives kong tenants ay mga manloloko. magbibigay ng deposit pero 3 months palagi late ang bayad tapos at the end of the next 3 months evacuate na ng walang paalam. Nagsigned naman ng standard contrata ang tenants pero mga shrewd talaga mga tao diyan. Tapos inadvertized ko for sale, people interested to buy have no cash and they want to get my acct number wala pa silang solicitors to act as a conveyancer. mahirap makipagdeal direct to the buyer kasi balitado dito na maraming manloloko sa atin. How do you manage your properties and how do find a buyer?

 

Sabe ng kaibigan ko para na rin akong nagbaon ng pera sa  wuick sand na walang return or interest. Kaya I told all my friends not to buy in Philippines.

Hindi ka lang sinuwerte kuya.

There are a lot of business options for OFWs while still working abroad - ang mahalaga pag-aralan munang mabuti ang ninaais na negosyo para sigurado ang pang-tahak saa larangang ito at siguraduhing love mo ito at siyempre pa may-kakayahan ka sa anu mang aspeto sa binabalak na negosyo para sigurado.

distribution and direct selling are always big hit. Many variations available in town. You see china have made their distribution scheme here in the Philippines. The question is how would you do it? or how much do you want from it? as far as time is concern... I just dont want my money extend its vacation at the bank.
