what makes a leader fail? a list of failures Philippines

What makes a leader succeed and fail depends on what is up his tail.  :-)

if he does not know how to listen.

a leader who does not get his hand dirty will most likely fail. tahol lang ng tahol

lead by example. it's the best.

but there are leaders who by nature are thinkers only. they need to partner with a good implementor. kaya nga may CEO at COO

You will never be a leader unless you first learn to follow and be led.

He/She doesn't know how to command, the poor communication with his/her subordinate and the rude and discouraging leader.

if a leader demotivates rather than motivates. lalo na pag selfish motives influences his or her decisions.

if that leader does not know how to make his team united and if that leader has low temperance. 

If the said leader doesn't have a follower..

..anymore.

Leader fails because they don t have this.

1. Honesty- Always do the honest thing. It makes employees feel like they know where they stand with you at all times.
2. Focus- Know where you're going and have a strong stated mission to lead people on. If you're not sure, how can your people be sure? You have to have strong focus and stay the course.
3. Passion- Whatever it is, you must have passion for what you're doing. Live, breathe, eat and sleep your mission.
4. Respect- Not playing favorites with people and treating all people -- no matter what station in life, what class or what rank in the org chart -- the same.
5. Excellent persuasion abilities- People have to believe in you and your credibility. Image is everything and the belief people have in you, your product, your mission, your facts or your reputation are key to being a great leader. You have to persuade people of this -- it doesn't just happen.

A leader starts to fail when he/she stops being a leader.

a leader fails kapag lumaki na ang ulo at hindi na nakinig sa mga myembro..

He doesn't have any balls to resolved problems..

When he doesn't listen to what his subjects have to say

at the turning point of agriculture and expansion, building civilization - man have subjugated on man. At the present time, freewill subjugation - Leadership.

The number 1 reason why people fail is they don't take their responsibility in their failure. If they accomplish sometime they own the glory but if they fail they will blame it to others.

A man in a hot air balloon realized he was lost..
He reduced altitude and spotted a woman below.

He descended a bit more and shouted: "Excuse me, can u help me? I promised a

"You must be an engineer, "said the balloonist.

Frankly, you've not been much helped at all. If anything, you have delayed my Trip."

to where you are due to a large quantity of Hot Air.You made a promise, which you've no idea
how to keep, and you expect people beneath you to solve your problems.
The fact is, you are in exactly the same position you were in before

Business and pleasure dont mixed
