Job Description


I.JOB SUMMARY

The Graphic Designer is responsible for meeting the graphic design and web services requirements of the company. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company website, marketing materials, among others.

II.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Design both print and electronic collateral materials for marketing purposes
- Hard copy brochures
- eBrochures which can be emailed to a contact list from a sales database
- Special publications for trade shows and industry conferences
- Video and photo materials

Design graphic email and newsletter templates internally and externally to a client base
- Coordinate with the US team
- Review, develop and maintain websites
- Develop and implement SEO campaign and functions
- Coordinates with the SharePoint & Web Services Team regarding other Graphic Design requirements
- Performs other tasks assigned by SharePoint and Web Services Manager

III. RELATIONSHIPS

Deals and coordinates with the SharePoint and Web Services team, IT, US Business Development Team.

IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS

Education

- College graduate, preferably Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or any related course

Relevant Experience

- Required Skills: InDesign Programs, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Macromedia Flash, Photography, Video editing, Animation
- Able to work rotational shifts with adherence to schedule a must, including evenings, weekends and overtime as necessary
- Must be detail oriented and possess good organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
