Really there are women who at some point will develop postpartum hypertension after giving birth. Are you still on meds? Since you mentioned na OK yun laboratory mo and abdominal check, I assumed that your liver and kidney were checked as well and of good status. At this point, I suggest that you cut or avoid foods that are high on sodium. More so, try to relax and avoid getting yourself stressed. Don't think too much. Stress and anxiety can also caused a sudden spike in blood pressure. I know several people with normal BP (i.e. 120/80) but once they are under panic attacked their BP can surge to 160/100. my wife delivered my youngest through c/s din at hindi nagkakalayo ang na-experience nya sa nararanasan mo ngayon.
ilang beses syang nagpabalik-balik sa ob nya pero ganun pa rin ang nangyayari, i decided na magpatingin sya sa iba at dun namin nalaman na yung supplement na ibinenta at nireseta sa kanya ang dahilan. c please, ipa-check nyo lahat ang mga gamot, vitamins, supplements etc. na tini-take nyo sa ibang doctor, para lang din po sure, tao lang din si doc at nagkakamali worst...pag me commission sya sa mga niri-reseta nyang mga gamot at supplements. 1 member thinks this post is SULIT! nokniknoknik |

Cheers. thank u po sa reply ok naman po ung lab ko sa kidney ar liver. sai nga po ng doctor ko IM iwasan ma stressed at mag relax binigyan din ako ng gamon anti anxiety akolang daw makakatulong sa sarili ko nag pa panic attack ako. |

| kaunting ingat baka naman mauwi ka sa post partum depression na maaring mauwi sa mas malalang condition na post partum psychosis.
kung yang po BP nyo masyado po nagbibigay ng alalahanin sa inyo, tingnan niyo rin ang mga binti, paa at mga digits(or daliri in english) ninyo baka namamanas na kayo.
pag manas, maaring sobra ang tubig sa katawan. maaring senyales ito ng iba pang medical conditions. yung iba, pinapainom ng iced-tea para ihi ng ihi. mabawasan ang manas, mabawasan ang volume ng fluid sa katawan at maaring makatulong para bawas BP. |
