Mas mataas ang resale value ng civic because low maintenance cya(matipid sa gas at mas mura parts) kesa accord

It's all about budget

people who buy 2nd hand usually try to choose a car na matipid sa gas

as they say if you can afford a 1m car you can afford the gas

so used car buyers would rather buy a civic na mas matipid sa gas at sa parts

KASI CIVICs are a norm here. Ibig sabihin, mataas ang tingin sa Civic dahil madalas sha gamitin for racing.

consumption wise hindi sila nag kakalayo, may mis-perception kasi tao dito na pag malaki makina malakas sa gas, well not all the time.

2002 accord ay nag 8-10kms/liter of fuel 2000 honda civic 9-11kms.(both A/T)

mas marami lang talaga buyers ng civic usually mga young people para pormahan.
