Spa Massage Business Question Philippines

I have a sister who owns a classy spa north of manila.

1st) My question is, san kaya ako makakakuha ng taga masahe? - I think her first workers (two) were from a school that teaches massaging just not so sure which school. The rest she sent them to school one by one. I think she has about six massage specialists now.

2nd) Paano kaya ang SYSTEMA ng POS dito? - I think it depends on your target class market. But normally payment is done after. At least that's what she does, since she has regular customers. And she has a swiping machine for credit cards.

3rd) May napanuod ako sa IMBESTIGADOR na yung ibang spa owners, hindi nila alam na may nanyayari na palang illegal activities sa SPA nila such as prostitution dahil nag sisideline ang mga masahista. Paano kaya maiiwasan ang ganung activities? Once or twice a week lang ako makakavisit sa spa if ever. - actually sauna bath ata yun.lol. well, you should get a manager if you can't visit regularly.

4th) Ano ba mas ok, 24 hrs spa o 12 hrs lang? - hmmm... are you sure what you have in mind is spa?

because 24h is more like a sauna bath. sauna bath I think 24/7,  if spa 12/7 can do.

Regarding sa 2nd question ko about Point of Sales, hindi kaya maka kupit ang bantay ko or tao? Parang nakakatakot kasi kung once or twice a week ang visit ko. About sa manager naman, pwede kasi mag kunchabahan yung mga yun hindi ba at mangupit. 

About dun naman sa sauna bath and 24 hours thing, so pag 24 hours na SPA, usually dapat may sauna bath? Naisip ko kasi 24 hours para dun sa gusto mag relax after ng work nila and also for the call centers nadin.

 ahh so you want to place the spa near the BPO offices? Medyo malaki ata capital mo ah. I'm not sure if this will work, but don't take my word on it. kasi karamihan ng alam ko mga BPO after work ang diretso ng mga yan most of  them ay sa bar. Maybe siguro mas applicable pa kung before sya papasok sa duty but not after.

I think maganda idea ang spa na may steam bath. Matagl na pinaplano ng sister ko yan kaya lang kasi limited yun space nya. So she'd rather put in extra beds rather than build a room for steam bath.

I think you should put a person in charge whom you can really trust. pwede ka din maglagay ng CCTV kahit two units lang. para nakikita mo yun mga pumapasok na customer (nabibilang mo din). MUra na lang ngayon ang mga CCTV system.
