Pag me mga class C and D na kasabayan ng presyo Class A mo, lie low ka na doon sa product and look for new product to sell in Hua Qiang Bei. So far, lamang pa rin kami sa after sales service. Kasi kung paano ka ginaya ng mga katunggali mo ganun ka rin nila hahangaan kung paano ka nagiging matatag sa kabila ng napakaraming competitor. Good Service pa rin.  |

Since everyone is selling themselves consciously and unconsciously to everyone vis-a-vis to gain value for it's offerings. Online selling is another avenue in which people trade/sell and exchange values to one other. It wouldn't end unless everyone is extinct which is not possible as of the moment ( pasenya technical, I'm at work at the same time tending to my sulit queries)
strategies despite the competition, secrets? 1. there is no secret to success against competition, just work hard and enjoy what you are doing, forget beating everyone since chances are there are better competitors than you ( more funds, more products, more technical, strategic,marketing and managerial ekek). I believe by enjoying what you do for the business would help to sustain and grow your online selling for years to come 2. Be consistent and provide value to your customers. Humans like consistency and value so much that it is cheaper for a business to take care of it's existing clients rather than getting new ones.Even if your clients come and goes, being consistent will help you give your business countless clients. 3.competition is eternal, so is challenges. instead of treating your competition as something to battled and destroyed, why not instead use it as a feedback mechanism to improve your business instead? 4.margins will eventually get thin ( due to increasing competition) so find a way to provide value for money, consistency and something that it will mark you from the rest of the competition. 5.More competition = more fun = more potential market = more feedback mechanisms to improve one's self.It makes one alive where you are competing for something.
About what happens when it's the sellers that are plenty versus buyers. I would do these things. 1. assess if it's economically viable to compete ( if it's too saturated, it's best to scale down a bit and let other's kill each other if they would go at a price war strat. Just sit back and watch them kill each other 2. what differentiation can I offer to be different? 3. Check my cost structure and margins to find any more efficiency. 4. check my products to see how could I add more value to my products so it would be still attractive as well? 5.Explore different uses for your product/service 6. provide something that price can't be used to compete ( service, committment , brand value , etc.) 7. if all else fails, gradually diversify to different products or services to offer to stabilize your revenue stream and minimize volatility.
Basta sakin, I love competition!!! kasi masaya may ka compete. |
