for me papatok pa ito lalo... maganda na takbo ng online market ko... dadagdagan ko pa ng isang product ulit ito... pagod na nga ako kakasagot ng inquiries ko.. need ko na ng assistant pag magkataon...

Kung ang sinasabi nyo e product na binebenta online, sabayan sa presyo. Pag me mga class C and D na kasabayan ng presyo Class A mo, lie low ka na doon sa product and look for new product to sell in Hua Qiang Bei.

So far, lamang pa rin kami sa after sales service. Longer after sales than what our warranty.

talagang ganyan na yata tayong mga pinoy, pag me nakitang umangat pilit ginagaya o pinababagsak.

maging maayos na lang sa pakikitungo sa mga customers mo lalo na yung mga loyal at naging customers mo na. always make sure na satisfied sila sa mga binibili sayo at sa serbisyo mo.

huwag manira ng kakompetensya, try your very best na lang na makabenta.

para sakin depende po rin sa ITEMS na sale mo tru online.. halos mag kakatalo lang kayo sa quality ng items at yong PRICE kaya dapat may strategy kayo. kasi pag wala TULOG ang pera mo dito sa online :)

Patok na patok!!! Ang problem nga sa sobrang patok e maraming gumagaya.. Kelangan lang Build your Reputation & IMAGE by giving good service ,, Maski mahal yun item mo sayo pa rin bibili ng products yun clients.. :)

may ganon po minsan ng yayari.. ^_^,.V. pag nalama nila  yong mismong suppliers kung san or san sila mkakamura para may buy and sale sila.. kaya sa online business pababaan ng price heheh emoticon

2.) Di naiiwasan ang competition,basta wag lang maninira at subukan higitan ang kakumpetensya. Mas ok nga may kakumpetensya at makakapagisip ka pa kung pa mga dapat mong gawin para mapalago at makaattract ng new customers
3.) Madali magtayo ng business,pero ang malaking tanong ay "kaya mo bang isustain?"

For me same strategies pa rin pero minsan magbigay ng promo. Kasi kung paano ka ginaya ng mga katunggali mo ganun ka rin nila hahangaan kung paano ka nagiging matatag sa kabila ng napakaraming competitor. Good Service pa rin. emoticon

Online selling is here to stay. :)

Since everyone is selling themselves consciously and unconsciously to everyone vis-a-vis to gain value for it's offerings. Online selling is another avenue in which people trade/sell and exchange values to one other. It wouldn't end unless everyone is extinct which is not possible as of the moment ( pasenya technical, I'm at work at the same time tending to my sulit queries)

strategies despite the competition, secrets?
1. there is no secret to success against competition, just work hard and enjoy what you are doing, forget beating everyone since chances are there are better competitors than you ( more funds, more products, more technical, strategic,marketing and managerial ekek). I believe by enjoying what you do for the business would help to sustain and grow your online selling for years to come
2. Be consistent and provide value to your customers. Humans like consistency and value so much that it is cheaper for a business to take care of it's existing clients rather than getting new ones.Even if your clients come and goes, being consistent will help you give your business countless clients.
3.competition is eternal, so is challenges. instead of treating your competition as something to battled and destroyed, why not instead use it as a feedback mechanism to improve your business instead?
4.margins will eventually get thin ( due to increasing competition) so find a way to provide value for money, consistency and something that it will mark you from the rest of the competition.
5.More competition = more fun = more potential market = more feedback mechanisms to improve one's self.It makes one alive where you are competing for something.

About what happens when it's the sellers that are plenty versus buyers. I would do these things.
1. assess if it's economically viable to compete ( if it's too saturated, it's best to scale down a bit and let other's kill each other if they would go at a price war strat. Just sit back and watch them kill each other
2. what differentiation can I offer to be different?
3. Check my cost structure and margins to find any more efficiency.
4. check my products to see how could I add more value to my products so it would be still attractive as well?
5.Explore different uses for your product/service
6. provide something that price can't be used to compete ( service, committment , brand value , etc.)
7. if all else fails, gradually diversify to different products or services to offer to stabilize your revenue stream and minimize volatility.

Basta sakin, I love competition!!! kasi masaya may ka compete.
