I need help admins:my account was automatically suspended  for unknown reason!! 

i've been using sulit for more than 5 years.. and just today around 2pm while i was editing all my advertisements. my account was suspended worst automatically. MG!! all my work for 5 years???? how is this possible..I've been loyal to sulit.tapos ganyan lang, wala ngang pasabi ano ang reason. all my ads are 5 years in the making , grabe hirap ko niyan.. and isusupend lang automatically.. come to think of it more than 5 years na ako dito. ngayon lang ako nagrereklamo. OMG . and ngayon I have to make a new one.. as in everything. grabe naman yan.. sana tinitignan muna ang trabaho bago kayo mag suspend . Sana sinususpend ninyo ang scammers. tsk  emoticonemoticonemoticon

Hi. I think the cause of your suspension is because of still some tech glitch.

Just send a suppot ticket to the admin and I'm sure your account will be reinstated in no time.

A lot of members have gone through the same.

i'm trying to make new adds again with this account..but i would still prefer my old account.. its too much hassle kasi.. i mean 5 years ko din ginawa and edit yun.. hanggang ngayon nga nag eedit ako bigla nalang sinuspend.. I hope I can get back my account the soonest time.. and then I'll delete my new ads made on this account..and wont use this account anymore.. I just made this account temporarily to file a report.. hay.. nakakadepress kasi.. 5 years user na ako eh. emoticon

IF I were you just wait for the admin to reinstate your old account.

You would have to complicate things further if you create a new account and load it with ads.

Just try to be patient a while.

yes i already did, as soon as I knew my account was suspended around 2pm .No response. sent support tickets too

yes, will do. thanks.. I just hope this won't ever happen again..and that they will put notifications or whatsoever before dong such.  very  shocking on my part.. It's the first time.. and its my first time here in the forum to post as well..even if i've been using sulit since 2008

until when do I have to wait? bakit yung iba ang bilis lang? 8 hours na akong registered dito sa account na toh..ibig sabihin 8 hours na din at wala pang action. injustice naman toh.. Hmpf

If I had sana sinasabi nila, hindi yung isususpend ka nalang bigla..but, I don't think I have any violations.. I was editing my ads then mga 30 mins log in time ko biga nalang sinuspend. Kahit tignan pa nila yung activity log ko. . unfair naman kasi..sana scammers ang sinususpend.

Use the support ticket that you have filed.  Instead of posting responses here, please try and respond to the support ticket which you have filed so that the problem maybe discussed properly and be cleared if ever it can be cleared.  Using the support ticket is faster because filing it will automatically assign an administrator to take a look at your concerns.  Utilize the tool.  Thanks!

Oh okay I get that, but what is this upgrade of ours which you are still experiencing glitches from?

Can you please be more specific?
