it depends kung ilan po ang titira sa condo ... and depende din po yan sa laki ng unit na bibilihin nyo .. kasi kung studio nga ang bibilihin niyo po tas 15-20 sq.m lang ang laki parang di sulit ang babayaran nyo po ... kaya dapat un amount ng unit and size ng unit na bibilhin nyo po dapat ok. :)

i suggest it's a studio unit if this is for investment or you're planning to rent it out.
studio unit is easy to rent it out compare to bigger units.
especially here in Makati.
