Just get the receipt, scan it or take some photo of it then send it to sulit admin by filing a support ticket. It takes two working days before you receive the SG and you will use that SG to expose your advertisement. That's what I did before. Hope it helps.

I still find your use of SG so complicated. You should try to make this system of advertisement easier. I'm sure it's not just me who can't understand what to do here.
